This exhibition showcases a body of over seventy paintings created by Hock-Aun since 2011. The show explores not only his expressive and highly coloured acrylics, but also looks at how Chinese calligarphy - a leading influence - continues to play into his work.
A 200 page fully illustrated catalogue is available and contains major essays by Julian Spalding, writer and former director, Glasgow Museums, and Professor Fan Di An, President, Central Academy of Fine Art, Beijing & former Director, National Art Museum of China, Beijing.
